Pros
The pay was good, the benefits are great. Incentives for maintaining healthy habits, a yearly incentive for meeting all of the quality performance expectations for the company as a whole. Company discounts thru many local and online services.
Cons
Most of the discounts were for stores, or shops that were in Gastonia or Charlotte, for our clinic this was about 50 or miles away. They had a way of making you feel as if you didn't belong.
