      Pros

      CHS offers good benefits such as 401k, Medical and dental insurance, Pension and life insurance. They also allow you to donate to good charities.

      Cons

      The company is very strict on time management. They don't consider the reason you were late or absent. It all boils down to numbers to them. Some times work life balance isn't the best with CHS.

      Good starting point for a career, good management, defined roles, employee education, tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness plan, 401k match and vacation time very good.

      Cons

      Different rules depending on who you work for. Very large company, so treated like a number and dispensable. Pay is below average for most positions, constant negative press.
