They had decent benefits and discounts for insurance which was nice

Cons

Personally it did t seem like they cared for the guest or employees only cared about the money

We do our best to train each of our associates on how to properly handle our customer’s issues and how to give our guests the best experience possible. In those cases where we have fallen short of that service delivery, we want to know so we can respond accordingly. We also encourage all associates to utilize any of our internal communication vehicles to escalate any issues so that we can address any problems in a timely and efficient manner.
