Given where we are as a company and where we hope to be in the future, we know we cannot get there without the hard work and dedication of our associates. As an organization, it is incumbent upon us to hire and promote leaders and managers who, first and foremost, embody our core values of Perseverance, Teamwork, Service and Respect as they play a pivotal role in helping us build a strong, positive and engaged workforce. This is critical to our Associates, our organizational morale as well as the continued success of our business. We will always work with our Associates, leaders and managers to ensure that everyone receives the support they need to achieve the highest and best results imaginable and we will do so, first and foremost, by encouraging open and transparent discussions about how we can all continue to grow and develop professionally and personally. We want our Associates to be fully engaged in the company and what we are working to accomplish at Atrium. If they are not, we want to know why so we can improve our service to them and our guests. In keeping with our commitment to "Listen. Care. Act.", we have created a number of avenues for Associates to share their ideas with us on how we can become a better organization. We are happy to report that a good number of these comments have prompted changes in our policies and procedures and we continue to look at ways we can further improve. Pros

The health insurance coverage and ease of hiring process.

Cons

One location is run by a mob of upper management. A lot of favoritism and unethical practices by unprofessional individuals. The sad part is that the HR doesnt do anything to address the concerns of the employees and they just play the 3 monkeys which leads to a very high manager turnover. And the corporate doesnt even care to investigate. You can only accrue 4 days of PTO after working a year and if you leave after that, they are not paid off or granted. The manager salaries are below the industry average.

None come to mind unfortunately.

Cons

-Just another "old boys club" with a new company name -Females are not compensated equally, you can have years of experience and get underpaid, but they can bring in a male with no experience and pay him the same. -GMs do not have any intention to grow their managers or supervisors, they just talk about it a lot. - Benefits are more expensive than most companies in the industry - Corporate Accounting, Operations, HR are constantly not on same page....it trickles down to the property level in a laughable fashion Don't put enough capital back into hotels Not Truthful about promises they make.
