Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding your Atrium Hospitality experience. It is unfortunate that your experience was not as favorable as we would have expected. Our commitment to ensuring that every Associate has a fulfilling, rewarding and mutually beneficial experience remains a priority for us. Driving an inclusive, transparent and open culture that consistently embodies our core values of Perseverance, Teamwork, Service and Respect is at the core of who we are as an organization. A key priority for us is the continued development of more robust career development programs and initiatives including more training opportunities at all levels throughout the organization. These programs will assist in providing our associates the necessary skills and experience for cross functional and promotional opportunities throughout the organization. Associate retention is critical to both our individual and collective growth and success and we look forward to mining those opportunities from within. As we continue to grow, we will hire and place the right people in positions so that we can maintain the staffing levels required for optimal efficiency, performance and results. And when those days or weeks come when we know we are asking people to stretch a little further than usual, we will add some FUN to the equation to show everyone how much we appreciate their hard work and personal sacrifice. We are making every effort to listen to the feedback of all of our Associates, current and former, to ensure that we escalate any issues so they can be addressed in a timely and effective manner. We appreciate your comments and take your feedback seriously as we continue to make Atrium Hospitality a great place to work and grow. Thank you and continued success in your future endeavors.

Pros

Atrium isn't afraid to innovate and try new things, see what works and abandon what doesn't. I've been supported throughout my time here and absolutely adore the team I work with and the people I interact with on a regular basis. The company is conscientious and respectful of both its employees and its owners to assure mutually beneficial outcomes. They try to do things as efficiently as possible, which is much appreciated - no wishy washy talk/initiatives or programs. Specifically, my boss is amazing. I'd follow her anywhere. Granted, she is demanding and detail-oriented but she's also honest, forthright and willing to coach one along - all in ways that make me a better 'doer' of my own job and a professional in this industry. I admire her a lot.

Cons

I think like a lot of companies that grow fast, there have been hiccups. To Atrium's credit, they've learned from them and don't doggedly repeat the same mistakes over and over 'just because' its how it was done elsewhere. Working remotely takes a bit of self-initiative to stay informed of what others are doing that may affect your area. Because we can be siloed in our own discipline, it is hard to get a big-picture and know where one initiative may affect others and bring them into the decision making process. To be fair, this is something all companies I've worked for struggle with.
