Pros

Lots of hours if you want to stay busy this is a good position. That's about all I can say that's good about this position.

Cons

No bonuses, tips, or support from management. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. People that had been working there for 20 years weren't even making $12.00 per hour. This company will use you up and treat you terrible until you quit so they don't have to pay unemployment. Stay away until they learn to treat you like a person and pay you what your time is worth.

Thank you for your feedback. Needless to say, we are disappointed to learn in this way that your experience while working with Atrium was unfavorable. We provide a number of communication channels for our associates to express their concerns to us so that we can act upon them in a timely manner. Your feedback is a reminder that we need to reinforce the availability of those channels to our associates so that each one has the best chance of having a positive employment experience while working with us. To your point, acknowledging our associates and the work that they do remains a priority for us and we will continue to reinforce the importance of that throughout the organization. Further, as an organization, it is incumbent upon us to hire and promote leaders and managers who embody our core values of Perseverance, Teamwork, Service and Respect as they play a pivotal role in helping us build a strong, positive and engaged workforce. This is critical to our Associates, our organizational morale as well as the continued success of our business.
