Pros

The only pro I would say was my co-worker

Cons

This place of employment has absolutely no recognition for their employees and will work them to death and pay them not even a livable wage. Everyone is treated as a number and they have had multiple turn overs, including previous owners who have left because of it. The really need to focus on appreciating the employees they have had for a long period of time, if not your just going to continue to have a revolving door.

Pros

I have had the benefit of being a valued team member. Having your professional input heard and appreciated is a rare commodity in any profession, but I have found that with Atrium Living Centers. There are opportunities for internal growth and ample support as you navigate new roles. I look forward to reaching new heights with this dedicated leadership team.

Cons

Internal communication between various departments could be improved.
