Pros

Absolutely none...well maybe direct deposit never bounced.

Cons

Administration allows aides to run the place in Roosevelt Park (Muskegon, Michigan). Some come in the front door and out the back door...at least for a couple hours, leaving the residents the are assigned to uncared for as the other aides are not going to help. Vitals signs, no way. According to them that is the job for the nurse. No point in the nurse complaining to the management, they simply do not care. Do your self a favor and look else where...for a place to house your loved one, for a job, for everything!

Pros

Plenty opportunity for over time, medical/dental/eye insurance are good. Would be a zero star if that was allowed, do not put your loved ones in this facility.

Cons

Poor management, high turnover of Administrative positions. Careless nursing, lazy employees, dept. heads are lazy and bullies and treat others staff horribly. Need to clean house of at least half the staff. I don't know how state hasn't shut them down yet. AWFUL PLACE.

Pros

The environment is very attractive. Wages are average for the area.

Cons

New administrator brings his dog to work daily and pays more attention to it than the responsibility of managing a large facility that needs to focus more on its residents and employees. Terrible staffing. Too much mandating. Too many call ins, too many no shows. Quality CNA's being overworked. All about the allmighty dollar. Quality care is compromised because of lack of staffing. I could go on and on. My advice to you is look elsewhere.
