Pros

It's a relaxed, fun environment. They work well with your request time off. Plenty of opportunities for overtime. Paid holidays off.

Cons

Lack of support from management for disciplinary actions. Attendance policy is not followed. Not a very good mix of residents.

Great teamwork floor nurse and STNA's

Pros

Family like setting and the " floor " nurses work very close and all seem to get along remembering that nursing is a 24 hour job

Cons

Unfortunately there is plenty Favoritism with skilled management , not very organized hard to find important documents in a hurry , feeling unappreciated
