Salary is fair. Company is run by a woman.

Cons

All positions from management to sales to admin are on a revolving chair syndrome. Nobody seems to last more than a year at most except for the few people that makeup the company heads. Working for married partners (CEO&Founding Partner) is an uncomfortable environment.

A close-knit staff where young and seasoned professionals can thrive together. Fun environment where hard work and hard play is encouraged. Offers opportunities to make good money.

Cons

Recruiting is a tough business and Recruiters and the staff that supports them must be able to roll with the punches. Not necessarily a con but not everyone can hang with it.

It's great for a quick job but after your assignment is done...

Cons

Slave Wages Management doesn't care about you once you've completed your assignment. Doesn't follow up on issues. Will tell you one thing than do another. Have the mindset that it's a one and done job assignment! Treated like a temp but will dangle future "permanent" positions in your face that won't ever happen.
