Pros

the people are great and you can make good money if you are hungry, eager, and have urgency

Cons

Not sure, probably that there is some turnover, but isn't there always in staffing?

Pros

Young, energetic environment. Benefits, while expensive, are very good. Offices are conveniently located by public transportation, and are very modern. My immediate boss was great! They were very supportive and I enjoyed working directly for that person.

Cons

It is virtually impossible to move up in the company. I worked my tail off for years before I realized I was spinning my wheels for absolutely nothing. Plus, as a position that is mostly commissioned, you basically have to start from the ground up, while my former commision-based position put you on a guarantee for a short while until you got ramped up. You are promised the moon and stars when you are interviewing, but in reality you're lucky if you can catch a cloud or a snowflake (and speaking of snow, good luck with that - if you're unable to make it to the office because there is 2 feet of snow on the ground, be prepared to use vacation time to stay home!!). There is a distinct difference in how some people are treated versus others. Managers have their favorites that can get away with quite a bit, while you struggle to get noticed. There is absolutely nothing that is done to keep staff morale up. Some offices are treated great, others are treated like the forgotten step-child. The internal turnover is quite eyeopening. If you ask the few people that left around the same time I did, they'd say "money, opportunity for advancement, a boss that cares about me." Despite all of the fancy words they use in their job ads to attract applicants, really think twice - if you want to work and get a paycheck, it's a good place to work. If you want to work for a company that truely cares for their employees, this is definitely not the right place.

Pros

- Applicant Centric Staffing Model (vs just volume and metrics) - Employees have some say in how the business is run - Energetic, hard working people

Cons

- Long hours - Commission Plan could be more competitive - Fairly tough to move up in the organization, but that is typical of companies this size in this industry.
