Pros

- wonderful products and inspiring mission - senior leadership that is engaged and cares about innovating for the future - high growth which keeps things fast pace and interesting - really fantastic people to learn from - generous benefits and employee perks

Cons

- high growth, lots of good change and fast pace can be taxing for some - if you are not accustomed to the "start up like" culture and want answers at your fingertips, this might not be for you

HR, Managers Etc. - Get it Together

Pros

You get as much free snacks as you want. They also have free lunch, except Saturdays. And there's a in-house happy hour on Fridays with pizza.

Cons

All that glitters is not golden! On the outside, the company seems like it has it together, but that is not the case. Where do I begin? HR is a joke. You might as well use GOOGLE as a resource for help. I've never seen a department so unwilling to help people who have issues. Either they aren't helpful or they don't even bother to respond to you. The sad thing is that they are able to cover up their piss-poor job antics because they work in HR. This company makes promises BEFORE you sign your offer and does not follow through on them. There are also some ignorant people working here, in positions of power, who make statements they should never be making to a diverse group of people. If you talk to the employees outside the building, most of them seem over it. Benefits and the annual salary is subpar for such a big company like this. Give people the option right from the beginning to work from home. Having people in the office on Saturdays when they can do the job at home is asinine.
