The good experience I had working for Aurora was a lot influenced by the great people working there, creating a highly committed, dynamic and international company culture. The clients are mostly major players within energy markets and projects address key strategic decision making, which places everyday work around highly relevant questions on the energy sector.

Great place to learn, with a fantastic team. Most of the staff is in their 20s or 30s, creating a very friendly environment. Work is usually on high profile projects, such as billion dollars transactions in the energy space, market design topics with European governments, or key strategy decisions with energy majors. Junior staff make meaningful contributions to projects and usually get to see clients on several occasions. The office culture has improved a lot recently, with more social events and additional benefits. The office location is quite central in Oxford.
