Pros

Fair pay, good healthcare benefits, 401k matching, diverse teams, input is heard from employees on ideas, small to mid-sized company that is growing, decent work/life balance, positive impact on nurses and patients.

Cons

Team messaging and expectations are different for each region, favoritism towards some, lacking strong leadership, transparency and communications is inconsistent, C-suite doesn't consistently grasp day-to-day challenges and sometimes is not open to feedback, no remote or hybrid work schedules in place.

Pros

It is a great team to work with, consisting of highly knowledgeable individuals. New employees are given the opportunity to understand the company and their role, which helps them settle in effectively. Both the R&D Manager and CTO are approachable and supportive. The environment encourages independence once trust is established, allowing employees to work without micromanagement and contribute their own ideas.

Cons

The benefits package could be more competitive. Health insurance options are relatively expensive, and the company's 401(k) contribution is average compared to industry standards. Bonuses are limited, and annual salary increases tend to be modest, often not keeping pace with inflation. Additionally, vacation time does not increase with tenure, which may be disappointing for long-term employees.

-get to keep my travel points - people are nice and I like my manager robert - get to learn new systems

Cons

-managers are too busy -need more training - Not enough techs - Raises and bonuses don't always happen every year
