Pros

Conveniently located off the highway. Easy access to bars.

Cons

Not enough toilets and they are always occupied. Hall monitor tracks your every move. Projects are poorly managed. An open office environment, but no collaboration between teammates.

High turn over rate, unrealistic project plan scheduled and work overtime is always required!

Enjoyable team atmosphere but communication lags at times

Pros

I’m really enjoying working with everyone here. We all share a genuine passion for what we do each day. Plus, the new office is a cozy and peaceful place to be most of the time. And hey, when you nail a project, your coworkers often give you a shout-out to upper management!

Cons

Just a heads-up, there can be a bit of a lag in communication when we’re working with folks in Australia or Europe. Instead of getting our paychecks every two weeks on Friday, they’re usually on the 15th and the last day of the month. Also, sometimes I have to hold off on using the restroom because there aren’t enough stalls available.
