Nothing, not one single thing.

Cons

There truly is no place worse to work. I could write paragraphs on the horrible experiences I have had but the best way to sum it up is this: Look at the other reviews on this site for ABG and really consider what others have taken time to write. I wish I had! However if you are dishonest and lazy, this is the place for you! Apply and you will be at least a VP in a matter of months. For anyone else who is hardworking and honest, do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of this place. You will be glad you did.

I've gained a deep appreciation for the company I left to come here for.

Cons

Some that stand out to me are the overwhelming amount of nepotism, and the lack of integrity. These combine to create an atmosphere where entitled brats are not held accountable for treating others poorly or acting unethically. At some companies you could go to HR with issues; unfortunatly HR is part of the larger problem here.

I am grateful for the honesty of all ABG critics.

I am also grateful for the honesty of ABG employees...or should I say, the obviousness..... The fact that a current employee recently slammed critics of ABG as "Losers" here on Glassdoor only confirms the toxic culture this company has been criticized for. I know for a fact that this person just scared off two qualified candidates that were considering ABG. .Well done! ABG is literally chasing candidates away on Glassdoor. And HR's posts rebutting the toxic culture are only further confirmation; they prefer to deny/excuse rather than cure the company of its cultural cancer.
