      Everything. Don’t trust any reviews on this company, as an employee you’re paid to post them. Contracts are put in place for all positions. QASP contracts: $500 or you must stay with the company for 3 years Supervisor contracts= $12,000 or you must stay for 5 years. Toxic HR department. Higher ups are bullies. Just don’t do it..

      -You must sign a year long contract (or pay 400$ to violate the contract and end employment) -NO HOURS -HORRIBLE HR -BAD COMMUNICATION -LAST MINUTE CHANGES TO SCHEDULE ARE CONSTANT

      You get supervisory experience. Get to work with kids & families. Feeling of accomplishment.

      Cons

      Locked into a contract for BCBA hours. Lack of support from BCBA’s. No flexibility. No privacy in conversations. Lack of staffing in areas.
