      Pros

      Supportive a lot of remote team activities I got a lot of field training by another senior BI, and she was really helpful and passionate. I felt really grateful driving time will be paid, and it is the same rate as your regular pay rate. opportunity to grow and pay raise tuition reimbursement for two schools, and you can get discount for getting a master's degree. paid training

      Cons

      hiring other new BIs even when you have the time instead of directly giving to you. I got hired at a low pay rate than any other BIs in my area, and when I quit the job, I see that they are hiring other BIs, with a much higher rate. like 3-4 dollars more each hour. When you first get started, the kid can be having extreme tantrums, which are scary. I am not physically strong, and when the kids turn aggressive, all I can do is running away. Good thing is that someone who is older than 18 from the family will be present at the session. They can help you.

      Pros

      ABSI is a great company to work at because of the connection you build with your client and their family. It’s a really collaborative effort on all parts if team including the family, school administrators, supervisors, and behavior analysts.

      Cons

      The only downside is that you have to learn how to adapt the different needs of individual clients , and that’s takes a long time.
