Ideal job for gaining ABA Experience

Pros

This company provides on-going training and the upper management are GREAT at follow-up and overall communication as a whole.

Cons

Not all supervisors are supportive and nurturing to new ABA Therapists. You may feel as though you've been "thrown to the wolves" in cases where you may be assigned a violent/aggressive client. Training for handling these situations is provided BUT having to deal with such clients on a daily basis, can be VERY taxing and may often cause you to ask yourself, "Do I get paid enough for this"?

Pros

This company is growing and looking to be the biggest provider of aba therapy. Employees can advance to higher levels if you work there long enough.

Cons

They are corporate and have that mind set. So low ranking staff are replacable and are treated that way. Have to use your own phone to take data with meager stipend.
