Overworked, continually under staffed

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

The bonuses are decent. The new work from home program is okay..

Cons

They claim to have never laid anyone off. The simple reason for that is because they are continually under staffed, which leads to constantly overworked employees who then get burned out and leave. They have lost so much talent because of the way they treat the employees.
