Very low salaries compared to other carriers in the industry. No incentive to manage or lead others as the salary increases are laughable in comparison to the responsibility you are asked to take on.

Great Team Atmosphere-Out of Touch Management

All the individual staff were very supportive, knowledgeable and great to work with. Everyone on my team worked together to get things done and support each other. My direct supervisor was amazing and always available for help.

Cons

This is an old boys club with expectations of near silence on the floor and completely out of touch with the needs of individual adjusters. From the very beginning it was obvious that our manager was putting duties onto his supervisor and he knew absolutely nothing about how our team operated, held onto feedback until an annual review rather than discuss it in a timely manner and the staff tiptoed around other teams in case negative feedback got back to him.
