      Pros

      family oriented if you have children.

      Cons

      discriminate against singles, or people without children. your expected to do more and have less flexibility than for those who have kids. if you have a supervisor you disagree with or don't get along with say goodbye to any potential movement out of the department your in.

      - Predictable work hours (little to no nights or weekends) - Never any layoffs - 7.5 hour work days

      Cons

      - Favoritism is abundant. - It is virtually impossible to get ahead financially. "Raises" are typically only inflation. - In most positions, you will be treated like a Kindergartener. The micro-managing is strong. You must be at your desk ready to work at a set time and you have specified lunch hours. - There is a very clear lack of transparency. - Very slow to adapt (ex: dress code, working remotely) - You are evaluated by every numerical metric possible. - Advancement opportunities will be very limited unless you are relocatable. - Very unhealthy office politics

      Pros

      -Bonuses/pension/benefits are excellent -Core Values are not only preached, but lived out (for the most part) -opportunity to advance if you’re willing to move to HO -coworkers are good people that want to do well in their jobs -management can make or break you, but a good manager is fantastic to work for -most managers want to see their employees succeed in their careers

      Cons

      -Low salary for the industry -work load is literally not possible (depending on location, some branches apparently aren’t that busy) -extremely high expectations, no understanding of quality v quantity or work/life balance -expectation to be married to the company first if you want to go into upper management
