Pros

Besides the miserable work environment, there's actually some nice guys there.

Cons

They expect you to work 7-7 busy or not on a flat rate pay scale. Management is disconnected. The turnover rate is pathetic, morale is low, almost every person there is miserable. My supervisor didn't even speak fluent English. You're expected to be there every Saturday and Sunday 7-5/7-3. No money, this is a greedy selfish company. My advice is to get a job at a small family shop or dealership where you're appreciated, not this corporate abomination.

Pros

Due to the lack of management and the attitude of the management team, the employees stick together, creating a "family" environment.

Cons

Poor leadership, favoritism, and racist/sexiest/homophobic management

Pros

Positive interaction with customers Positive interaction with other sales associates/consultants Good networking opportunities

Cons

Upper store management can take a page from literally any leadership book Standard Corporate nonsense surrounding a 'numbers' based game for actual success Just because you may be the number one salesperson it doesn't mean you'll actually make a good paycheck Excessive amounts of online coursework with little to no real-world sales training Formal classroom training taught by people who haven't sold cars for nearly 10 years Constantly fluctuating schedule adds extra difficulty to any personal pursuits (friends, family, etc.)
