Pros

Some of the Managers who have been with the company or business for 8+ years know what they are doing.

Cons

There are also managers who are inexperienced, greedy, and downright degrading to employees. A good manager never tells their employee or employees their worthless and replaceable. That type of toxic environment is not acceptable. Their plenty of other dealers you can work for.

Pros

I can’t think of any.

Cons

The markup on parts and service is well above average. The commission for selling said parts and service is well below average. New car dealer where selling manufacturer parts is greatly frowned upon, to the point that management approval is required to do so. Little concept of lane management, overworked 70-80 hours work weeks.
