      As the "largest" automotive company in the United States, there is a large opportunity for upward mobility through several brands if you play the game

      Cons

      Many cons here... This company is not at all consistent region to region. Market presidents in some regions are extremely helpful and involved in productive thinking.. others (specifically the Arizona mkt) are extremely unhelpful and do not desire to see improvement in their highland stores. They continue to run highland like a high volume domestic and do not even entertain the idea of anything different
