Terrible management, they play favorites and do press policy on every employee. I was told there would be no micro managing but that’s all that is done. Bad scheduling and changing of process at last minute. Managers like to retaliate a lot on employees they don’t like. Huge turnover rate and no basic training. They’ll dance around questions until you stop asking. No idea of what you’re being audited on in the payroll department. The payroll department is the worst I’ve ever come across and I’ve done payroll for over five years. A lot of in house programs and files crash and there’s always a delay in getting processed done then you are rushed and blamed for their lack of ability to have a concise plan. The worst department of payroll I’ve ever known. Save yourself the time and stress and go look for somewhere you will e joy working at and not a place you dread every day. But if you commit fraud during process you’ll most likely be promoted.
