Pros

They fired me. Also nice building.

Cons

Where to begin? I can’t get into too much detail, but I worked at their corporate office. This place was full of some of the worst, most impolite people I ever had the displeasure of meeting I should have noticed the people crying in the bathroom everyday wasn’t normal. I was thrown into my role with no training. The employee who I had taken over for was in another dept and would tell me how much I was going to hate this role. They basically have people do the jobs of 3 other people without paying them for it Everyone was miserable. No one smiled there or laughed. If you wanted to take a lunch you were basically spoken down to My “manager” sat with me ONCE during my short time there- the rest of the time I had to beg the people around me to show me what to do the hiring managers are probably the worst people I ever had to deal with. They would scream at you for not scheduling things for them but when you’d go to their calendar they would have them blocked off for days... They made this weird employee referral program to handle but why is HR handling employee bonuses shouldn’t that be through payroll? it’s a weird feeling know that you’re in charge of someone’s money on their paycheck but you’ve never dealt with payroll before in your life. Employees would email asking why they didn’t receive thousands of dollars that was due to them months ago.. This whole place is mismanaged. everyone has either been there for 20 years or they’re new and want to quit It’s a very toxic environment. they take themselves way too seriously for a shady used car dealership. I recommend applying anywhere else

Pros

Potential to earn six figures with little to no experience. Opportunities flow at the right locations. Tons of room and opportunities for advancement.

Cons

“The customer always comes first” mentality means that they are humans and we are animals and treated as such. You get to leave when the last customer is through the finance office which could be 1 AM. Nobody at the dealership cares that you have to work super late and sacrifice all of your time and time with your family. It would be ok if it was a one off occurrence but it is a regular scenario, at least at my dealership. High turnover.
