Vacation pay, Holiday pay, sometimes spiffs for extra work not related to job duties.

Cons

Corporate decisions are haphazard and not thought out. They have not worked in real world environments. Decision to keep us open during covid19 and cut our pay/hours drastically without compensation showed me how much they really cared about employees.

Pros

Most employees are incompetent so you have job security because if you work well they will never get rid of you.

Cons

No set path to move up. Nothing set up for you achieve. They do not invest in employees training. A job more than a career.
