You are just a number, the ownership and management will NEVER help or on your side. Instead you will be criticized and judged.
This corporation is High School all over again. You are being monitored and watched constantly. EVERY SINGLE Employee and upper management will make anything into a big deal for no reason.
If you're looking for career growth, I strongly recommend you look somewhere else. This corporation is only for retirees and fresh college graduates ONLY. If you are the type who don't mind the same repetitive work every day with miserable folks, then by all mean go for it.
