Growing fast. Very fast decision-making as it's family owned. The family themselves are great people that you gotta respect for their dedication to the business. They are not passive owners at all and very much involved in the operation at all levels.

Cons

No hybrid option so it's 5 x days a week on site. If your commute distance is short not a big deal but if not it can be wearing.

I would like to recommend Automann to prospective and current job seekers for the following reasons: No micromanagement that creates stress free work environment Continues support from management and upper management so that employees can focus on productivity Management are always available to support Your voice is always heard and your suggestions are not ignored Your work is always recognized and appreciated
