No micromanaging and good atmosphere. You get to work and learn directly from the owners. You get flexibility to be creative with your work.

Cons

401k match is subpar. Vacations and sick days count as one. There’s no clear path of progression in the company for employees to aspire to.

My supervisor and other team members are willing to take time to guide and advise me. The workplace culture is what I enjoy most - people at Automann are willing to help each other out to resolve problems. Management is supportive, encouraging, and people-centered. I have a deep respect for the owners of Automann - for how they have grown Automann from a tiny enterprise to a stable international company, for how they manage those working for them, and for their ability to adapt quickly to market influences.

Cons

It can be a long commute.
