Pros
The foremen (supervisors) were decent, even despite the pressure they received from upper management. Great benefits, including good wages for the area, especially for unskilled labor.
Cons
Forced overtime, sometimes 12-hour days and/or 7-day weeks. The work was hard on my body and not at all mentally challenging (so, about what you would expect at a factory). Most of the other employees at my level were disgruntled, especially those that had been there for many years. I tried to keep a positive attitude, and mostly succeeded at that, but it was difficult with all of the negativity of my coworkers.
