Negative us too many cameras and rules to make it feel as if you work in a prison and are an inmate for 8 to 12 hours

Pros

Autoneum is a growing global company that promotes from within and does a good job taking care of employees. The work culture is positive and friendly. The headquarters in Farmington Hills. MI is an aging facility but is relatively well kept and clean. Managers are easily accessible, including top management all the way to the CEO.

Cons

There are few negatives, except that hiring process can be slow. The HR department is not very helpful in general but that's true of a lot of companies in my experiences.
