Relatively comfortable working environment with coworkers being friendly as well.

Cons

* CEO is uneducated and doesn't know how to run a business. * Under pay is rampant in all departments * They fire the leadership team wholesale every two years or so to deflect from the owner's incompetence. * The company often pretends that it is a great place to work, but only if you are a service desk member. They put on a nice song and dance for the hourly employees while keeping everyone else under thumb. * I have never worked in a place that felt more like a cult. * The owner will not even terminate his own employees face to face, he has HR do it.

There are some wonderful people left, however, the bad outweighs the good.

Cons

The culture is flat-out toxic. The management is among the worst I've seen. Your work will be constantly micromanaged and criticized so that you can be laid off at a moment notice. People were blindsided and let go without empathy. Managers lack integrity, compassion, transparency, and connection. You don’t feel like your work is valued here because the company is in such disarray.

I had the worst possible job experience here, so I am not in a hurry to ask people to join it.

Cons

The product quality has gone down in the last few years. It's quite terrible now. It can't even keep up with modern times. Sadly, the leadership is at least bothered by it. These awful people make fake promises of change but never follow through. It's ridiculous. Don't waste your time here.
