Pros

You do get to learn a lot since you will be doing multiple projects and gaining lot of hands on experience.

Cons

The work hours are long and the team expects you to work 24/7.

I have experienced rock bottom with this company so now I can only go up

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. CEO will straight up tell you to work 16-20 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. Compensation is pathetic. They will promise many things and deliver on maybe 1 of those things several months later after you have begged them enough
