Very collaborative team and really values all employee input on products/feedback; everyone works really closely to help one another and a great team overall! An exciting and growing company.

Cons

None that I can think of...you have to be a hustler to be a part of the team!

Pros

The management at Auzmor is great to work with! Everyone works hand in hand to make sure the entire team is meeting their goals. Extremely client driven and do a fantastic job of taking care of their clients as well as employees.

Cons

I don't really have any cons! I've had a great experience at Auzmor and would recommend to people that are focused, driven, and goal oriented.

Pros

You Get More Responsibility (And Credit) You’ll Become A Stronger Communicator. Very rewarding job with the opportunity to grow. I love the fact that the management believes in continuous improvement.

Cons

Good luck trying to call in sick, thinking that your at your peak and cant do any better (The team will push to out-perform yourself). Get ready to learn some serious customer focus skills (The CEO - Darryl, totally believes in selling an experience not product.
