Pros

I worked in this family business for over 10 years and was part of everything from Day 1, but never was it a " Cult" as mentioned in one of the reviews by an ex sales person at Auzmor. I was in Sales and I did leave this organization and came back this year to join at Auzmor again. If you want don't have a good work ethic and if you are not willing to consider this a career but just a job, then this isn't a company for you. I never saw anyone inside this family business being promoted without them having performed. Pros : Here people don't like to play politics. If you want to grow and be part of something big then this a company to be.

Cons

This is a family business ( employees are treated like family ), if you are not going to be a part of this family business and just want to do a job then this may not be the right place for you.
