      Life sucking call center

      Pros

      Outside of the call center Availity is great environment to work in. It has longer open hours allowing for a more flexible schedule which is great. They are very understanding for time off.

      Cons

      I would not work in the call center at Availity. Other departments are great to work for. The call center is poorly managed. It is a very draining and toxic environment. Many false promises for promotions and training. We were often told we would be trained in certain area next week, then its next month, then you are forgotten about. They have spread themselves too thin.

      Developer II

      Pros

      Snazzy office, and its easy to collaborate, especially when you have no room or personal space to work in. Devs in team rooms are almost sitting on top of each other.

      Cons

      Its like going back to highschool, if you're not in the cool kid clique you will most likely get fired or they will make you miserable until you leave.

      Toxic work environment

      Pros

      Location, office set up, benefits, pay is ok, casual dress code, parking, agile-ish development based, some training online and onsite.

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke, no shared vision or plans, good old boy network, great employees and managers neglected, bad eggs retained and promoted, EEOC non-compliance...too many to list
