Everything! After 15 years in my field, I can honestly say that this is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Onboarding was a breeze and showed from the outset that they're invested in your success. The people are highly capable, so helpful, and very warm, welcoming, and friendly. Couldn't love my manager or my fellow teammates more. The corporate communications are frequent (in a good way!) and again reinforces that they care about their people. Opportunities for recognition? Check. Opportunities for advancement or growth? Check. Amazing benefits? Check! (I mean, unlimited PTO, seriously?? Yes!) The health insurance is much more affordable than other companies I (or my husband) have worked for, and the 401K vesting (on day one!) and company match is the best I've been offered. Does it sound like I'm gushing? If it does, it's because I am. I can't recommend this organization highly enough.

Cons

I really haven't found any, and I'm not just paying lip service. It's genuinely one of the best companies I've ever worked for.

Pros

I have never worked for a company who GENUINELY cares for ALL levels of their employees. Even new hires. Also, the growth and promotion opportunities are amazing. Availity really wants to see their employees exceed.

Cons

I can only think of 2 cons. 1. Making up time if there is an issue that is out of your control. For example, IT issues, Internet or power outages. 2. Only getting 20 seconds between taking each call. Sometimes you need a breather and it can be overwhelming taking back to back calls 20 seconds in between.
