      The challenge, teamwork, and work-life balance I've been searching for

      Pros

      Availity is welcoming from day 1 - they present you with an organized orientation, welcome package, and is thorough to get you onboard to get up and running. Even if you're within a certain role and team, it's limitless on the opportunities to cross collaborate and work on various projects. If you want to do it, you will be able to do it! Also leadership and managers are very approachable - there's no hierarchy and any sort of jumping through hoops to talk to certain people. Loving Availity so far!

      Cons

      No cons, as when my plate becomes full, the managers are understanding and helping your prioritize tasks as needed.

      This organization is very team orientated, everyone is so friendly and eager to teach. Every person I've met has been so encouraging and welcoming.
