We provide an open and inclusive work environment so all associates can grow their skills, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and have the support they might need to succeed and develop their skills. Availity is undergoing rapid growth and is committed to continuously improving team alignment and processes to nurture this expansion. While we have a robust internal communications program, not all news makes it from one area to another. We fully expect some growing pains and lessons learned but are confident we will become stronger and better as an organization by working through those challenges. Thank you for this spot-on review. We encourage a healthy work-life balance by offering unlimited/generous PTO so that our associates can recharge, enjoy time with their families, and pursue their hobbies/interests, among other things. We know that our associates are our most valuable asset, and this is just one of the many ways we convey this sentiment. We agree with you about the leadership team – they are great. One way they provide transparency is by hosting quarterly All Associate Meetings to share how the company is performing against our operating objectives.
