Tight deadlines are stressful – we hear you! Healthcare IT is a fast-paced and ever-changing industry. However, you are providing the necessary expertise to meet these deadlines, which is greatly appreciated. We encourage the 5-minute break that Microsoft Viva recommends in “Your Daily Briefing.” So, make sure to add those to your calendar, as stepping away from your desk for just a few minutes can work wonders.
