Pros

The people you work with actually care about your growth and development within the company. Your coworkers are always there and willing to help you out. The company offers great benefits and is flexible with your schedule depending on what you having going on in life.

Cons

You do sit at a desk all day. Learning remotely can be more difficult than learning in person
