      Pros

      Management listens to concerns of workers.

      Cons

      Training during the pandemic was not good. The pay increase after 90 days comes with other stipulations.

Since going fully remote in March 2020 and continuing to embrace remote work today, we have invested so much energy into improving our onboarding and training programs. Overall, we have received positive feedback from associates, but we’re sorry if the training didn’t meet your needs or expectations. We appreciate your feedback.

      Pros

      After working for corporate & some other places, this is an AMAZING company! They are so focused on building you as a person and as an employee. They encourage you to take PTO, spend time with your family, & holidays are company paid. They value you as a person & employee! They promote from within & as you get close to your 1-year mark they try to set a goal on which department you want to go to. CSR 1 preps you for any department & gives you a solid foundation to move around within the company.

      Cons

      So far I don't see or have experienced any cons with this company. They are so encouraging, focused on your goals & growth, & promoting you within the company.

      Morale high and ease of schedule adjustment

      Good pay High occurrence of promotion and/or shift in departments Great work environment Low micro-management Low stress Amazing Dental plan (low cost)

      Cons

      Very high requirement for people skills/not for individuals that have poor communication skills Can get burned out quickly without an awareness of self (mentally/emotionally) Problem solving and high cognitive and logical reasoning required
