We are very proud of our culture and total rewards programs, so it’s always good to see those on the list of pros. You, and the rest of our Client Service associates, are the heart of our organization--talking with our clients day-in and day-out. While most of our clients are grateful for the assistance, we know it isn’t always easy. That’s why we offer comprehensive training and encourage associates to network with colleagues and their supervisors through Teams chat throughout the day. Some supervisors even host trivia contests and bingo games to keep things light and break up the day. If you have other suggestions, please pass them along to your supervisor. Thank you for your review. Yes, our people are the best at what they do, and they drive Availity's fun, engaging, and diverse culture. Our annual bonus pool is determined based on a mix of financial and customer satisfaction targets established by our Board each year. We hold high standards but are proud to say that for the past number of years, we’ve met or exceeded those targets as a company. With regard to Associate bonus eligibility, that is role and performance specific as per the goals we set at the beginning of the year. So sometimes, department managers may allocate bonus dollars based on a higher level of individual performance amongst their team members when applicable.

Amazing People and Great Work Life Balance

Great work life balance - there is a huge emphasis on not working after hours or on the weekend unless it is due to an issue we caused. Very friendly people - everyone I have met is very friendly, respectful and super helpful. Good pay - the compensation is good, but not great, however, there is a bonus available which does help. Excellent benefits, like unlimited PTO, which they actually do encourage you to take. Good training and onboarding - there are gaps but I was very impressed with how well they onboarded their staff (sent all of the necessary items, laptop, headphones etc.) and held an open Teams session so that questions could be asked live and shared with the group of new employees.

Nothing at this time - extremely happy that I chose to join the company.
