Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are sorry to hear about your challenges in the Client Services role. Associate feedback is essential to us at Availity. Our Client Services team is arguably one of the hardest working and most appreciated teams at Availity. Healthcare is a complex industry that takes time to learn, but it’s not impossible. We know the learning curve can feel steep, so we offer extensive training for new associates and are working to improve our training every day, which is why we love feedback. For those driven to succeed and stick with it, you can have a long, rewarding career at Availity or in the healthcare industry (and many have). We love our clients, and our amazing client satisfaction scores tell us that they love us too. However, clients calling our customer support are trying to resolve issues, so they may be frustrated—we can all relate. Luckily, most clients are grateful for the help. Lastly, remote work can present some challenges. However, we’ve found that most of our associates favor remote work, so we’re continuing to adjust our processes to make sure associates have access to the resources they need to be successful! While we are a Great Place to Work™, we are also a continuous improvement organization. Again, thank you for your feedback. We wish you all the best in your career!

Thank you for your review. Yes, our people are the best at what they do, and they drive Availity's fun, engaging, and diverse culture. Our annual bonus pool is determined based on a mix of financial and customer satisfaction targets established by our Board each year. We hold high standards but are proud to say that for the past number of years, we’ve met or exceeded those targets as a company. With regard to Associate bonus eligibility, that is role and performance specific as per the goals we set at the beginning of the year. So sometimes, department managers may allocate bonus dollars based on a higher level of individual performance amongst their team members when applicable.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. While we always hope for more stars—all feedback is welcomed and encouraged. We’ve benchmarked our benefits as being well above market, and we’re proud of the offering – if you feel they could be better – just email us – we'd love the feedback. Maybe there is a custom offering we haven’t thought of? Let us know! Availity was just recognized for the second year in a row as a certified Great Place to Work™ company. This designation is a direct result of associate feedback/surveys. And, our high satisfaction scores were higher this year than they were last year. You cannot achieve these scores in an environment where there isn’t mutual respect among associates and management. However, we respect your experience as you describe and encourage you to speak with your manager or your HR business partner to identify any incidents where you’re feeling a lack of respect. Part of being a great place to work is having tough conversations and working through our differences to learn from one another and improve. Your HR Partner can even give you confidential tips on how to ask for what you need so that your conversation can be successful. Your success is everyone’s success, so let's get to work on making things better for you.
