      Pros

      the culture is what they advertise. Collaboration, employees first. It's work life integration at its best. I give this company high marks for an exception process of onboarding and supporting new employees and existing employees during these uncertain times.

      Cons

      none so far, other than not being able to meet my colleagues face to face. The new norm is now remote.

      Great Corporate Culture

      Pros

      I've been here for about 2.5 months. The culture is truly amazing! It is a warm, welcoming and collaborative company.

      Cons

      Company is in growth mode so employees must be willing to be self directed.
