Thank you for your five-star review, for sharing your experience, and for choosing to be part of Availity! We’re glad to hear that you’re finding value in our pay and benefits, remote flexibility, and diverse, supportive culture. You’re right—Availity is not publicly traded, so we don’t offer a stock program. For us, the annual bonus is a critical part of how we recognize performance and tie individual and team success to the company’s overall results. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and wish you continued success in your journey at Availity.

A Mess

Pros

If you don't care about your job, you can just hide from people via remote work, and they will accept almost any excuse.

Cons

Availity has figured out how to compensate the least productive people with the most so that they can drive their most talented individuals away and discourage those left, and because of this is no longer able to maintain their systems

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for your many years of contribution at Availity. We’re disappointed to hear that your experience has led to concerns about recognition, accountability, and how work is getting done across teams. We know that a fair, transparent approach to performance, growth, and reward is essential to building trust and sustaining strong teams. Availity is a pay-for-performance company, and we continue to strengthen leadership practices, expectations, and feedback through multiple efforts—ranging from our Achievers recognition platform, which reinforces values-based contributions, to ongoing investment in performance management, development, and leadership programs focused on supporting strong performers and growing capable leaders across the organization. These efforts are intended to ensure associates feel valued and supported for the impact they bring. We appreciate you sharing candid feedback and encourage associates to share feedback directly with their leaders or HR Business Partner so concerns can be addressed in a timely and meaningful way. Thank you for your continued contributions. We wish you the best in your journey at Availity.

Pros

Work from home ( Sometimes You will be called forcefully to Work from office )

Cons

1. Worst management. Leads and higher managers are worst. 2. Lot of micro management. 3. HR people are always managers side, they don't care about employees well being. 4. They are taking Work from home policy as an excuse to another level Micro management.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your more than three years at Availity. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not aligned with your expectations. As a remote first company, we work to balance flexibility, accountability, and consistency across teams, and we recognize that how these practices are experienced can vary by role and manager. We take feedback related to leadership practices, trust, and associate well being seriously and continue to use input from associates to improve clarity, communication, and how our ways of working are applied across the organization. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and remain committed to listening and evolving as a company.
