Pros

The culture is strong and continuous to grow. Time off is real and can be used to recharge. Company is growing, your career can also grow with all the opportunities. Good people willing to help and build your skills further.

Cons

Pay is low compare to most companies. Software is growing and changing fast, troubleshooting and automation skills a must to be successful. Retention rate can cause teammates with irreplaceable knowledge to leave.

Pros

Definitely my favorite job I've ever worked. Everyone I have met has been so willing to help and is so kind. The environment is relaxed and the trainers do an excellent job keeping the classes interesting. All resources are provided to you before you are solo.

Cons

As with any customer service job, you will have the occasional rude client. Some of the processes could be simplified, but it is my understanding that they are listening to our concerns and are working to streamline these processes.
