Even if your not a IT person, Availity's teaches you how to navigate a work station.

Cons

30 minutes lunch breaks are tough, but you adjust.

Honestly, we can't imagine how it feels to join Availity while fully remote, during a pandemic—it's probably a little strange. We've adapted our onboarding processes as we've continued to grow and appreciate the kudos! Very understanding management, tons of communication and lots of resources

Cons

Due to covid I haven’t been able to see the office yet, but that’s not their fault
